We’d love to celebrate just a few of the Domino’s success stories over the years.
Samir
Samir started at Domino’s in 2016 as a Delivery Expert in Sydney. As an international student looking to earn some extra ‘dough’ – Samir fell in love with ‘the rush’ of service, meeting new people, and most importantly, driving around, exploring a new city all while getting paid to deliver Hot & Fresh pizza.
In his role as Regional Leader, Samir is responsible for training new Store Managers and Regional Managers, overseeing store operations in his region of Sydney, and ensuring that every customer experience is a positive one.
Samir’s favourite part of working at Domino’s? He says: “Meeting new people, growing future leaders within the business, and learning something new everyday!”

Huw
Huw started at Domino’s in 2016 as an in-store team member – his love of pizza inspiring him to ‘lift the lid’ on what a career in pizza was really like. His favourite part? The flexibility that a job at Domino’s afforded him – working afternoons and evenings around a busy university schedule!
Fast forward to 2021, Huw applied for a position at Domino’s Support Office as an IT Support Officer. After successfully landing the role, Huw has gone from strength to strength within his IT career, and as Domino’s ANZ IT Operations Lead, is now responsible for supporting the IT operations for more than 900 Domino’s stores – performing store upgrades or network changes on the daily. Talk about #hustle.
