Pizza prep school
All our Support Team employees participate in Pizza Prep School as part of their induction and onboarding within three months of staring with the business.
Pizza Prep School is a two-day intensive instore training program, where Support Team employees experience first hand the instore life. The aim of the program is for the Support Team to understand how their role impacts store operations and have a deep appreciation for the core business of Domino’s Pizza.
