The Recruitment Process

Step 1

Check for advertised positions in your local area.

Step 2

Complete the online application form and questionnaire and submit your application. You will receive an automatic email confirming that your application has been sent to the store.

Step 3

Sit tight. Stores need time to review all applications and prepare a short list of candidates for interview. If your application is not shortlisted, you should receive an email letting you know. However, depending on the number of applications received, some stores do not automatically notify all applicants. If you have not heard anything in approximately two weeks then your application is unlikely to have been shortlisted. You can always try again next time.

Step 4

If you are shortlisted you will be contacted to arrange a suitable interview date and time. Make sure you are on time for your interview and have completed your Domino’s Pizza research.

Step 5

If you are successful in getting a job at Domino’s Pizza you will be provided with an employee information pack that contains all the information and forms you need to get started.

Step 6

Complete your preliminary online training. Your manager will provide you with a username and password for our online training portal. You can also complete this training from home. You will be paid for the time spent undertaking the training. You are also required to attend a New Employee Orientation (NEO) training session, which is usually held in a group setting. Your manager will discuss this with you.

Step 7

Start work! You will be provided with a roster of your upcoming shifts and will be expected to be on time, every time, for work. Welcome aboard!
